What I Need [WIN]

WIN

At T&P, we take pride in providing a structured support system for all our students. In a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework, there are generally three levels of assistance. The first tier encompasses high-quality instruction and support that is accessible to all students within the classroom.

The second tier offers targeted interventions aimed at bridging specific skill gaps for individual students. The third tier consists of intensive support, which is typically delivered more frequently and in smaller group settings.

Teachers conduct tier two WIN sessions, which serve as additional support, during the seventh period lunch.

Furthermore, WIN sessions are accessible on Saturdays, providing students with further personalized assistance aimed at strengthening or improving their academic competencies. Identification of students for these sessions is based on various data sources, including formative classroom assessments, MAP Growth Assessments, and Baseline Assessments.

Those students exhibiting a greater need for support will receive targeted remediation during WIN time, as well as at other designated times.
